Who is Remo
I’ve been an integrative medicine practitioner since 2000, beginning as a naturopath and later expanding into Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the years, I’ve developed a style that merges ancient wisdom with modern clinical insights.
Being entrusted to support someone with their health is a genuine privilege. This work isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am and I carry that responsibility with deep respect.
My Approach
My clinical approach is patient-centred and takes an integrative perspective. I draw from various practices, including naturopathy, Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and functional pathology testing, to create treatment plans that are both precise and practical. Each plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and ability to make changes.
I often work with individuals dealing with chronic, complex, or unusual conditions, especially those who feel stuck, frustrated, or unheard.
I believe that healing begins with understanding. I aim for you to leave each session feeling informed, empowered, and confident in your body’s ability to heal and thrive.
Beyond Prescriptions
While treatment plans are grounded in evidence and tradition, they’re only one part of the picture.
True healing goes beyond herbal medicines, diets, and supplements, it’s about aligning your daily habits and lifestyle with your overall wellbeing. As your practitioner and coach, I focus on helping you identify your core values, let go of habits that no longer serve you, and develop practical strategies that can be integrated into your everyday life. This holistic approach ensures a more comprehensive path to health and wellness.
Optimal health isn’t about restriction, it’s about freedom. The freedom to feel well, live well, and be your most vibrant, authentic self.
